This grand Victorian mansion is set amongst secluded and substantial grounds, on the edge of the city near the magnificent Cataract Gorge. Each room or suite is superbly decorated to a unique or romantic theme and entirely furnished with antiques. Some have spa baths.

  
Victoria's Suite
Located behind the main house, Settler's Cottage caters for families, features two bathrooms, one with a corner spa and is decorated in a cottage theme. Coach House Apartments opened in January 2006 in the grounds of Edenholme. Spacious studio apartments with a modern contemporary design, self contained with cathedral ceilings and timber feature walls.

View the city and Tamar Valley from the balconies. Enjoy one of the fine restaurants nearby or be creative on the barbecue along with a fine Tasmanian wine from the cellar.

Complimentary port and chocolates in front of an open fire, under the chandeliers in the main lounge will complete your evening.

   In the morning, join the other guests at the banquet table for a full Tasmanian breakfast, cooked to your taste.

If being private is your choice, delight in the comfort of Settler's Cottage, self contained and independent, complete with a double spa in one of the two bathrooms, but enjoying the character of the substantial grounds and gardens, with its own seclusion, though close to the city.
