It is surrounded by spacious, sun-filled gardens which are tended by your hosts - Susan and Alain.

Roseneath is an ideal base for exploring a large area of Southern Tasmania with it numerous, varied attractions and activities.

In the gardens there is a large, in-ground, solar heated swimming pool and the entertainment area with a BBQ which quests are able to use.

Settle into a beautiful appointed self-contained studio/unit with fine Tasmanian blackwood furnishings or choose one of the in-house rooms, one of which has a spa ensuite. All accommodation is on the ground floor.

The in-house guests have the use of the sunny conservatory, which overlooks the pool and the gardens; and the cosy lounge. Enjoy afternoon tea, or, in the cooler months, a mulled wine in front of the wood fire. Read a book, play a game from those provided, watch TV or a movie. Dinner can be provided, for guests in-house or in the studio/unit, by prior arrangement with Alain, your host and a French chef, who has worked in some of the best restaurants in France.
