Fully equipped children's playgrounds and barbecue areas are situated on the edge of the bay where children enjoy feeding the ducks. A regular bus service to the city and Eastlands Shopping Centre stops approximately 100 metres from the units.

The lounges have comfortable lounge furniture and colour TV. The dining room has dining table and chairs. All kitchens have a full stove, microwave, large fridge, all cooking equipment together with all crockery and cutlery. The bedrooms are double/twin with all linen and blankets provided. Laundries have a washing machine, trough and each unit has its own clothesline.
