Minimum rental age is 25 years for Full Size, 8 Seater, 12 Seater, Luxury and 4WD vehicles
Baby/Booster Seats $8.00 per day to a maximum $60.00 per hire
Conditions
Type 1
An excess of $2750 against vehicle loss or damage. This amount is reducible to $330 by payment of $24 per day to be paid at the start of the rental. (Applies to non inclusive rate only).
For accidents on unsealed roads or overhead damage caused by failure to clear low objects, both the original liability and the reduced liability are increased by $1320.
If option to reduce insurance is not taken, total liability of $ 2750.00 will be taken in cash or credit card imprint.
Type 2
An excess of $5500 against vehicle loss or damage. This amount is reducible to $990 by payment of $28 per day to be paid at the start of the rental. (Applies to non inclusive rate only).
200 kilometres per day free. Extra kilometres are charged at an extra 27 cents per kilometre.
For accidents on unsealed roads or overhead damage caused by failure to clear low objects, both the original liability and the reduced liability are increased by $1200.
If option to reduce insurance is not taken, total liability of $5500 will be taken in cash or credit card imprint.
Type 1 & 2
An additional driver fee of $3.30 per day is payable for each additional driver.
Vehicles may driven only by renters who have held a full drivers licence for at least 3 years, this 3 years can include the time spent on P plates, as long as the renter is now off P plates.
Licences issued in a language other than English should be accompanied by a current International Drivers Permit.
Non Inclusive Rate
Bond/Deposit
Any optional services, plus a $330 bond, vehicle registration recovery fee (to a maximum of $6 per day). Airport levies are payable by cash/cheque/credit card/debit card at the start of the rental.
The bond is towards any costs which are calculated at the end of the rental eg. refuelling. These are deducted from the deposit and the balance is refunded or collected.
